I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in Worthing, West Sussex. I am a registered member of the British Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling (MBACP), which means I adhere to their safety and ethical standards and participate in the required number of hours of continuing professional development each year.  I am continually developing and broadening my skills and keeping up to date with statutory guidance and latest research. 

I work with individual adults and couples, either in person in my counselling room in Offington or online using video conferencing software such as Zoom. I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy in and around the Worthing area.
