It’s very common for relationships to be challenging at times. Couples can get stuck and it can be difficult to get back on track without some help. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for both people to be heard. There are many things that can help improve relationships: improvement in communication can be useful; sometimes past relationships, experiences or trauma are playing an unhelpful role in the relationship and need to be understood and worked with; sometimes it’s useful to learn to accept each other for who you are and at other times it’s important for parters to respect and maintain values and boundaries; for some couples infidelity needs to be addressed. I will work with you to find out what you need as a couple and support you both to find a way forward.
