Types of counselling

Your counselling can be in person, online via video call or by telephone if appropriate.

Therapy can be open-ended or for a fixed amount of time, and short, medium or long term. The initial consultation allows us the opportunity to discuss together whether psychotherapeutic counselling is right for you and if I am a good fit for you. Walk & Talk Therapy is also available for those who’d like to take their counselling outdoors.

Due to the pandemic I am currently only offering online video conferencing or telephone counselling. Walk & Talk Therapy will be starting in April and I hope to be back working in-person soon.
