Types of counselling
Your counselling can be in person or online via video call. Walk & Talk Therapy is also available for those who’d like to take their counselling outdoors.
Therapy can be open-ended or for a fixed amount of time, and short, medium or long term.
I offer counselling to individual adults and couples.
The initial consultation allows us the opportunity for me to find out a little more about you, for us to discuss together whether psychotherapeutic counselling is right for you and if I am a good fit for you.
